React Job: Lead Technical Manager

We are looking for Technical Leads for Front-end projects in Spain.

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Lead small front-end engineering teams with up to 10 engineers, coaching and mentoring them.

• Provide guide and advice in current frontend technologies and frameworks (Angular, ReactJS, vue.js) and new trends.

• Solution design in frontend projects, participating as SME in defining solutions for our clients and elaborating the low-level designs.

• Be active part of the recruitment process, as a panelist and contributing to enhance the process.

• Support biz development by collaborating in showcasing capabilities, and working in proposals, estimations and prototyping activities.

• Design, coding and test automation in front-end projects.

• Perform code reviews.

• Occasional travel and interaction with external customers is also expected.

• Attend and participate in IT events (hackathons, conferences, forums, meetups...).

Skills and experience required:

• More than 8 years of overall experience and more than 5 years with a strong focus on front-end technologies.

• More than 2 years of experience as a technical lead or team lead.

• Excellent knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Strong coding skills in Javascript and Typescript.

• Deep knowledge of Angular and/or ReactJS frameworks.

• Experience with Webpack.

• Experience working with state management (Redux, Vuex, NgRx or similar).

• Deep knowledge of design patterns.

• Proficiency with test automation, especially unit tests and integration tests.

• Experience in integration with REST APIs/cloud services.

• Experience in hands-on working on Agile scrum methodologies.

• Good communication skills.

• English language is a must.

• Demonstrated ability to work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to achieve business objectives and exceed customer requirements.
